HB 277 Passed in the Delaware House of Representatives

On May 18, the Delaware House of Representatives voted unanimously in favor of HB 277, a bill that increases access to justice to children sexually abused by public school employees. President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers’ Association Raeann Warner was joined by other members and clients to support the bill’s primary sponsor Rep. Sean Lynn, who successfully shepherded the bill through the House.
