A Delaware Superior Court Judge has chosen the lead attorneys in a case with over 77,000 personal injury and wrongful death claims related to a class action related to Zantac.

Raeann Warner, Esq. has been selected as the plaintiffs’ co-lead and co-local counsel. Raeann will help lead clients across the country who are deeply affected by the drug alleged to be dangerous. Evidence will be presented at trial that shows the antacid Zantac causes cancer and that the defendants have known about this risk for years. Raeann will continue to advocate on behalf of her clients throughout the course of this class action lawsuit.
