Jacobs & Crumplar Attorney: Schools Should Be Held Accountable for Employees Who Abuse Children

An article co-authored by Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A. attorney Raeann Warner appeared on Delaware Online this week, responding to an April 6th article about the difficulty of bringing child groomers to justice when the abusers are on school faculty. Warner’s co-authored piece proposes a solution to help child sexual abuse survivors receive financial resources for the mental treatment they need after being targeted by groomers by holding the employing institutions of the abusers accountable as outlined in Delaware HB 277.
