Thomas Crumplar is a founding partner of Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A. He began practicing law in 1975 after he earned his law degree from the University of Virginia. While at school, he created the University of Virginia’s patent policy, which pertained to scientific research completed at the university. After graduation, Mr. Crumplar started his career as a law clerk for Federal Judge John T. Copenhaver in Charleston, West Virginia. In 1981, he and Robert Jacobs founded Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A.. Mr. Crumplar is a member of the bar in both Delaware and New Jersey. He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and the National Crime Victim’s Bar Association.
