Sexual Abuse

Sexual Assaults and Abuse of boys and girls happen often in our time. It does not matter if you are rich or poor as wealth does not protect the abused children. We see stories about it almost daily in the news. The commonly cited statistics are that one in four girls and one in six boys are sexually abused as children. The damages are long lasting and devastating, can ruin lives.

As detailed in our Accomplishments page, Jacobs & Crumplar has been litigating childhood sexual abuse cases and sexual assault cases since 2004 with great success. These include cases against individuals and institutions, such as Catholic churches, other churches, public and private schools, and Doctors. These include cases that happened in the 1950’s up to today. It is very common for survivors not to come forward or tell anyone for 20,30, 50 years. Jacobs & Crumplar also has experience with cases involving adults who are sexually assaulted by other adults.

If you have been sexually abused or sexually assaulted, please call us for a free, confidential consultation to discuss your legal rights and get the compensation and justice you deserve.
